General Terms of Sale

Article 1 - Scope

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all transactions made on the QrGuest platform in connection with subscriptions and paid services.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTS and the Terms of Service.

Article 2 - Pricing

Service prices are indicated in Euros (€) or CFA Francs (XOF) depending on your location, inclusive of all applicable taxes. QrGuest reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.

Article 3 - Orders and Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, mobile money, or any other method offered by our payment provider Flutterwave.

An order is deemed final upon payment confirmation. An invoice is automatically generated and available in your dashboard.

Article 4 - Paid Services

• One-time packages: valid for 30 days from the payment date
• Subscriptions: automatically renewed each month until cancelled
• Add-ons: additional services purchased individually

Article 5 - Refunds

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once made available.

No refund will be granted for services already used or whose validity period has expired.

Article 6 - Subscriptions

Subscriptions are tacitly renewed each period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Article 7 - Liability

QrGuest undertakes to provide services with the best possible diligence. QrGuest's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service in question.

Article 8 - Payments and Security

Transactions are processed by Flutterwave, a PCI DSS-certified payment provider. QrGuest does not store any banking data.

Article 9 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we undertake to find an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing that, the Commercial Court of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
