How do my guests receive their invitation?+
You import your contacts, then send each guest — directly from WhatsApp — a personalized invitation addressed to them, with a link to confirm their attendance. Nothing to print, nothing to retype.
Do guests need to install an app?+
No. Guests open their invitation and confirm their attendance directly from WhatsApp and their phone's browser. No account, no installation required.
What can my guests do with the QR code?+
A single QR code opens their guest space: they share their photos and videos of the big day, leave a note in your guest book, and check the day's schedule and your important information (parking, accommodation…).
Who can see the shared photos?+
You stay in control. The gallery remains private until you decide to open it to your guests, and you can enable moderation to approve each photo or video before it becomes visible.
Can I customize the style of my invitations?+
Yes. The theme shop offers elegant designs (3 free, plus premium themes from €7 to €12) applied everywhere: invitation, ticket and guest space. With a purchased premium theme, the QrGuest logo disappears from your pages.
