These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the QrGuest platform, an invitation management and guest list service for events.

Creating an account or using the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Article 2 - Access to the Service

QrGuest is accessible free of charge or via paid subscriptions depending on the features selected. Access is restricted to adults who are legally capable of entering into contracts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any use of your account is your responsibility.

Article 3 - User Obligations

• Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not attempt to access data that is not intended for you
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Not transmit unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights

Article 4 - Intellectual Property

The QrGuest platform, its design, logos, texts, and all constituent elements are the exclusive property of QrGuest. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 5 - Liability

QrGuest endeavors to ensure the availability and continuity of the service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. QrGuest shall not be held liable for any outage, service interruption, or data loss.

Article 6 - Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. QrGuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Service.

Article 7 - Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Article 8 - Amendments to the ToS

QrGuest reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will take effect 7 days after publication.

Article 9 - Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
